The Bambi Effect

Bon Jour,  Mes Amis:

I approach this blog with my sincerest and most profound apologies to my tens of Bambi fans, far and near.  I know that you have been anxiously waiting, checking my profile everyday, lighting candles, and slipping prayer notes into the Wailing Wall.

Many of you are wondering what the “Bambi Effect” is.  Being part gypsy I know that you are utilizing your multi-tasking skills and are plugging this term into Google.  Have no fear, I intend on explaining this scientific phenomenon as it is an amazing discovery and one that just might alter the manner we view life.  I would never leave you hanging, sifting through thousands of Disney and Playboy sites; I am far too considerate to do such a thing.

Actually, I am not technically a gypsy, I am more like a gypsy in training, I am still awaiting certification and acceptance into the sisterhood.  Sure, I could have taken the easy way into the program and flirted my way in, but my powers of perception would not be nearly as powerful, and more importantly the curses wouldn’t rhyme.  Which is one of my pet peeves; I prefer melodic spells and charming haiku assault.  I am really attempting to raise the bar in gypsy behavior as a whole.

If you support my endeavor, please let me know, as I need warm bodies to practice my curses and crystal ball monologue.  On the side, I am also selling chocolate bars in support of the public education system and to support the troops.

Oh, yeah, the Bambi Effect, that is just something I made up the other day.

Oh, Katt!

I give all the boys heart burn, palpitations, and/or aches.  Did you think you were immune to the Bambi Effect?

Ah, Lisa:

I will examine the text and render an opinion on the egg sucking habits of the matriarchal society.  Frankly, I have never seen anyone suck an egg.  I fear that if I actually witnessed such an event, I would be thoroughly repulsed.  This scientist must hang out with a high brow crowd.

You are a natural gypsy with mad rhymes like that.

Rhyming curses

in haiku verses

reimburses

empty purses.

A scientist on here informed me that grandmothers suck eggs.  Pause.  Let me know if you encounter this curse in your Rhiannon training.  I got a shifty eye about this "scientist."

Zorro,

I hate to bust you, well, I don't really hate to, in fact I am smiling presently : )

however, I KNOW you don't believe in coincidences...  and Zorro, tomorrow -- close enough for this gypsy.

I couldn't ask for a better unofficial official.  How lucky can a girl get?  I dunno, but I am working on that luck spell tomorrow.

As the officially unofficial Bambi-ax fan club chairperson, I stand and ovate. To have the blogess blogging is like a nice breeze. Luckily not many curses rhyme with a zlh, so I'll consider this pain in my sholder a coincidence, and assume there isn't a zlh voodoo doll out there somewhere. I do my own research, and will check Playboy, just in case. hehe! Heres to rhyming curses!!! Zlh :)
