BIRD GAMBITS 2 PAWNS FOR ACTIVE PLAY:

 Key points:

1) Berlin Defense played by someone from that area

2) d4 gambit to complete a rapid development of the king side.

3) Two rooks versus a queen leads to a nice skewer tactic winning material.

4) Underpromition provides a temporary relief.

The most elegant moves are: 41.Rh8+ and 55.Kf3. You likes this 1851 tournament which was the first international tournament in the world. Anderssen won, but very interesting the accomplishment chart of the complete tournament. It is shocking, especially the result of Staunton and Szén. It looks like in my homepage: http://sakkjatszma.wordpress.com
