Extremely hard puzzle

You can see that black is all ready to promote in four ways so white has to win fast and quick. One mistake can cost him the game.

    This shows the alternate line after Bxd3 (the original is included as a sideline).  The a- and b-pawns look a little silly, but I think it works.

    yes but you still have your bishop and the king can't do anything about the pawn

    If you had yet another black pawn on a2, your solution wouldn't need the white bishop.  You would still have to do something about Bxd3, though.

    The queen capture wouldn't lead to a quicker mate.  If, as your analysis suggests, you're thinking about Qa3??, that's a blunder because the pawn is facing the other way!

    i know, then queen takes and leads to a quicker mate but there was something messed up because that wasn't supposed to happen, the queen b3#

    Also, after 3.Rd3+ Black still has Bxd3.  Other than that, though, your solution is nice and forcing.

    Actually, this puzzle is made slightly easier by the fact that 3.Qb3 is mate.
