Not to sound rude or dicourage any women(trust me I want women to be able to defend themselves with all the lunatics out there) but watching someone isn't as effective as training for it with a instructor, I know because I have had it used against me by a couple of ladies in my TKD classes. However these are good techniques that you have described. Keep up the awarness
