Danny Boyle's "Sunshine"

I've spent the past two weeks of my life doing several things. The dominant feature of this process has been the movie "Sunshine".
I am ultimately fascinated by the cosmic relations that take place ridiculously far away above our heads everyday. Much like Darren Aronofsky's "The Fountain", "Sunshine" embodys immortality in a way that can only be interpreted on a wing and a prayer, for lack of a better cliche.
Ultimately, if we as lifeforms on this ovoid sphere have come to be. It is of a consequence of an algorhythmic progression of chemistry, or the rarity of life existing in the vacuums of space.
we are nothing but sunshine, ultimately. we are products of stardust, unilaterally.
I just wish we'd all spend a little more time looking up, and a little less time looking across. Up is where we came from. Across is where we are. I believe in the focus on the moment, but ultimately we are going to return to whence we came. I think that it is important to acknowledge that if we do not acknowledge this fact, the sophitication of life on this planet is meaningless.
The stars will govern our future, starting with the sun. Let's all look up a little more, and down a little less.
And i'm just venting, so if you're going to get your panties in a bunch because of what i'm saying, well, then you need to learn to relax. We're all entitled to an opinion.
