Take the win when you can

Some people just don't want to win! My opponent mishandled this ending and allowed me to draw by pushing and exchanging the pawns, a strategy that decreased the power of his knight. The final drawn position had my king holed up at h1 and black could not make any progress promoting the remaining rook pawn nor dislodging my king the corner without falling into a stalemate. But, that's really beside the point. How should Black proceed from here? Think it out to the end, please, before you starting clicking on arrows
