Computers can't find this win

A famous and remarkable position by van Breukelen that stumped a room full of top GMs (except Tal) at a tournament in Brussels in 1987.  Stumped my computer to 28 ply (evaluation depth 14 moves), too.

White to play and win.

Very impressed with Houdini.  Wish it was available on the Macintosh.

houdini finds it with depth being 24. still: i love these positions. real challenge to programmers who have to make the cut-offs at very precise positions. im sure that a real chess-programmer can write a couple of pages about it ;).

    thanks for sharing!
