Due to recent events in my life, I will be leaving chess.com for a long while. I may come back in a month; I may come back in 10 years. But I do promise to come back.
Don't get me wrong: chess.com is an excellent website, to say the very least. I'm certainly not leaving because I don't like chess.com - indeed, I'm coming back here eventually! ;D
For anybody who does not know me and reads this: this is simply a method for me to tell anybody who does me that I'm leaving. Nothing worse! ;D
Now, I know people will want to say their good-byes; however, note that I will not be able to recieve messages.
So:
1) DO NOT send me messages because I will NOT recieve them. They're deleted after 30 days and I might not ever see them.
2) Do tell me anything you like in this forum, my blog, and in my notes. I'll be able to see those whenever I come back until chess.com changes things.
3) DO NOT ask me the reason I'm leaving. I'll never tell. Please respect that.
For those who have my e-mail address, feel free to e-mail me. I will check that e-mail sometimes. =D
Now, in order to avoid sounding like a drama queen (which I'm excellent at for some reason), I'm going to end with an Arnold Schwarzenegger accented "I'll be back." ;D
