I just received an email from a film company asking me to post this video...


I know nothing about it, but was pretty stoked to see a major namebrand energy drink involved with chess.

Check it out and let me know if you have any guesses as to who is inside the can???

That's a very odd video! Assuming it's for real and not staged (the people all seem quite natural and not actors, but I'm not sure), it's hard to tell how strong a player the person in the can is without knowing how strong the opponents are.

If it's meant to be an advert for the product, it doesn't seem to be that effective to me!  I'd still be curious to know who they got to play inside the can - and how they manage to see out of it!

in terms of marketing creativity i give it a 2 out of 10. but I DO however like everything chess, so i'm curious to know who was in the can for Pepsi, and if they were cheating.
