This One Goes in the Patzer Hall of Shame

My favorite chess author, Dan Heisman, suggests keeping a personal "Hall of Shame" containing your most instructive blunders, and then reviewing it on a regular basis to make sure that you really benefit from all that pain and suffering Tongue out

So here goes.  As some of you fellow Patzers know, there is really no feeling like grinding away for 30 moves to finally get the upper hand in a game, only to blow it all in an eyeblink.  Nothing, that is, except maybe pouring kerosene on your head and striking a match...

The game is below, along with plenty of notes on the side variations for those willing to wade through them.  For those who like to cut to the chase, I'll show the key blunder as a puzzle below the game.

This was another on-line "slow" game at a time control of 45 30.

The key blunder on my part is shown below as a puzzle.  Black has just played the horrific Rc2??.  Good players will see the correct move for my opponent immediately, but if you are a Patzer like me, it may take you a little time to spot it.  Maybe you can learn from my blunder and spare yourself the same experience.
