Constrict then demolish

Some players seem to like to create very closed positions and make it seem impossible to get any worthwhile advantage against them. This can be very annoying especially when you play blitz because you want to see pieces exchange, sac or run right around the board and not become trapped behind a wall of pawns.
In this game i played the very interesting English defence against a 1.c4 player. I got a big space advantage on the kingside and later in the centre but it still seemed difficult to break through the wall of pawns. Times like these you just have to be careful, slowly (slow play) position your pieces onto the best squares and deny your opponent any counter play. WIth all my pieces in their optimal positions i burst open the position (at this stage in deep time trouble) and my opponent was forced to resign.
See if you can spot the winning move. (i will point this out during my annotation)
