I cannot stress enough the importance of nutrition.  Yesterday I had very low blood sugar and I blew two games with blunders.  It's serious business to keep fit and keep your energy up by proper diet and exercise. Read more »

Don't forget the physical aspect of the game.  I try to get some physical activity in between games (or between sessions).  Ride the bike, walk, do push-ups, sit ups, lift weights to get the blood flowing.  The more blood flowing the better you... Read more »
