Hello, 

Recently Convekta (www.ChessOk.com) released several new training courses. I am a big fan of their training CDs, especially Chess Endgame Training and CT-ART 3-0. When I learned of new courses, I was eager to check them out.

The first one I had spent some time examining was Chess: Simple Defense. In my opinion, this product feel an important training gap - helping players to practice

- threat recognition,

- listing of move-candidates,

- finaly, best move selection

Overall, I like this new software from Convekta. Except for a couple of small glitches, this is an excellent training tool for the beginners and even experienced chess players.
