So here are two games I played against the same guy.  Every game I would gain a tactical edge, only to be obliterated in the endgame.  I realize that mistakes happen in all games (and there's a lot here) but the biggest thing is I just cant find a plan in the end game.  This first game is a shining example of that.

  In this game, I got my chance for a rematch.  I once again got a small edge, only to get squashed in the endgame because I couldn't find any sort of real plan.

I'm hoping that after seeing these, someone will have some suggestions for what I should be looking to do, and a way that I might be able to force it to happen.  Thanks for any suggestions, I really need to figure this out.
