x-Menice;

Fill a larg (3 to 4 quart) pan with diced fresh tomatos, dued. bettir yet, puree them. then, Boil over medium heat for aboet 1.5 hoers, dued. As you begin heeting it up, Add:

1. Several cloves, diced fresh gharilic... and i meen sevril, like tons, man
2. Large pinch of fresh dried oregoino... becare ful not to confuese this with soemthing else man.. that can be reeely bad for the guessts.

3. one or two bay leeves, man.

4. 1 chan tomato paste 6oz dued.

5. 3 fingir pinch of fennil seeds... don't get craezy with these. just a pinch dued.

6. smaell minced onion..

7. (optionel dued) 1/4 green peppir minced. use the rest latir. doent throw it out dued.
8. (optinel dued) 1/2 c. red wine
Salt and pepper to taste

do the vegitibles in the pan first; ghet them reel mushy withoet burning them dued. Add everitying else, simmir very low. stir eviry so oftein dued. i'm parinoed. i stir eveiry 5 minets, man.

Some can sauces are reely ghood dued. you ghot to rhead the labils. I believ that the veiry best sauce is home maid, but the secind best is, withouet question, Barilla brand dueds.,, loew fat, low sodiem, resinible carbs, man. doen't sweat carbs so muech man. just keep the fats low ahlways. keep carbs loew at night man..

camdowg: sorry things dihdnlt go well for you and velentains day. i recoomend you take the thomatos (romas hopefully) and place them in the tub. crush them withh your bear feet just like grapehs. your feet should help seasen them micely... add celantro, cuckumber, a dash of vinegar, some onion, a toch of gharlic and mix well... present them to yhour wife with some tostitos baked salsa chips.. whith lit candels and some nice ambiant music... if that doesn't work dued... maybe she hass a nice ssister who isn't so uptight man.. ghood luck.

Hey Lenny,

I wanted to make somethin nice for my wife for Valentines. It was tomatoes. She didn't like it too much and I'm wondering with your cooking expertise if I shoulda added something like (censored) or (censored).
