 There is a deaper thing about this .It is not only bad to move the f pawn in this situation , It was the wrong move for my nephew to make this bet with me , HA HA HA. Got ya kido! It may be in poor taste but you deserve it .LOL

considering he lost the last 29 straight games, resignation is right here! however, i will recomend not playing fpawn movement in the opening (only in Mr. Bird's opening only), especially before moving the central pawns.
