The ancient Greeks believed that in the beginning man was two souls in one body. They were happy and content as they felt complete. This angered the Gods as they the people ignored them. Zeus decided to separate man into two bodies and cast the other half across the globe. This left man constantly searching for their other half their” soul mate”. This they belief is the reason why man is unhappy and constantly searching but never finding what they are looking for.
