A small problem in Chrome...

This happens sometimes when I am viewing the forums. The Reply box (the one I'm writing in now) sometimes won't let me type. The small icons (like the add game, YouTube etc) don't appear, and the only way to see the invisible text as I type is to highlight where the text is. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a way to fix this?
