Indian: Gedult Attack (not that bad, very sneaky)

This game is realy about small details, its classified as Indian:Gedult attack.
But it isn't that clear that is such attack (as the normal Gedult is easy to spot).
What I've read about it isn't a proper attack, but i believe i played it quite good here. As i played it way more stealthy and far more aggressive....sneaky

from this position (16) black cannot stop that from happening.

How does Black stop 16. Qh7#?
