white wins, after giving black a pawn-line

Submitted by PeterArt on Thu, 09/17/2009 at 11:19am.

The game below i got the main ideas right after my opening.
The trick was i gave black a pawnline but it was me white who made use of it. And i tried to make it difficult for black to use his own defense line. this gave me the advantage to win the game.

I think he should have tried to castle earlier, but he couldnt made up his mind.
Perhaps it felt strange getting all those pawns in line and i'm the one who's making a defense of it for myself.

In fact that i got e6, i  now realize it wasnt that strange.
Because i had a triple!! fork there (i targeted : Ba4 + b7 +  e6)
By moving his bishop he prevented me of taking b7 from which i also would next target his queen, and then i had destroyed a castle side pawn fortress, probaply he didnt see the 3th option e6, which seamed to result in only another exhange of knight and bishop.

Nice game....His key blunder is that he gave you that e6 pawn without a fight, after that he was preety much lost. Good play...keep posting.
