Welcome games

If I have another person in a "Welcome game" tell me to move, rather forcefully when their playing white. I will not be accountable for my actions. I even wrote to one of the people that they had to move first as they played white. The comment sat there for three days, and he still didn't move. I personally think there should be a test to get to join the site, not a hard test just something basic like what moves where and who moves when. Does anybody else have these feelings and problems. Also moderators Just let me know if this isn't supposed to be here. Thank you for reading this and I am sorry if I offend anybody.
