CELIO DE OLIVEIRA ,a bar owner in brazil, has built a house using only empty plastic soft drink bottles.Even its light switch is made up of bottle tops.He started collecting the bottles to clean the MEGE beach in RIO DE JANEIRO.When he had collected 10,000 bottles, he got the idea.Now a local school has asked for a similar bottle house.
