So upon returning back to the beautiful islands of the Bahamas, besides coming straight for Chess.com I just couldn't resist the urge to eat conch salad. For all of you who never tasted it, it is amazing and a delicacy of my islands. I would like to encourage everybody to experience this wonderful dish....
