Blunderstruck (part 3)

In my final blunder, I make it well into the middle game and gain what I feel was a clear advantage before again hanging my Queen:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I think that as embarassing as these blunders are for me, I've most definately become a better, more cautious player for having made them.  I've always liked to say that it's important to learn from your own mistakes but ideal to learn from the mistakes of others.  Since the damage is sunk on these long-since lost games I thought I'd share them in the spirit of contributing to the latter half of that mantra for everyone else.
