It's not often that you beat an actual or a prospective world champion.FIscher once lost a match to a journeyman and the latter made a small fortune publishing his book " How to beat Bobby Fischer".                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

 Portsmouth [UK] has had some reasonably strong players over the years [we saw Wilfred Pratten's 'English Immortal' game a while ago]. This game features Arthur Brameld who has been a stalwart of Hampshire County Chess. He actually beat Magnus Carlson [albeit a younger version - it was played in 2001 at the Troll Masters]
