Hey Rory Chan thanks for all the comments I am glad you enjoyed my articles so much lol :P. I agree with the points you make and I just thought h3 looked nice at the time preventing any pins or jumps by black's knight but overall I think I played pretty accurately forcing all the exchanges and preventing black from any counter play. Also, thanks for all the comments and keep commenting xxx.

Hey winson, again very clever chess, nearly flawless defending. I agree with sabmardob68 that Ng4 would've probably been the better move for black at the time but it's one of those moves nobody thinks about during play xD as for dark coloured bishop...well you would've played differently too, so it's irrelevant what your opponent says =)
Just one thing I'm not 100% sure about... black's purpose of h6 is to prevent your knight going to g5 and swapping it for his bishop, what is the point of your h3??
Although you said you were preventing pins, it is clear he will not pin you, coz he has already moved the bishop from it's original square to e6. Also, I'm sure you know already, moving pawns in front of the king is never safe =P always watch out for greek gifts etc !!!
But anyway, fantastic game, it makes me wanna keep looking at all the games haha xxx
Thanks the the analysis sabmardob68 13.Ng4 you mean not Kg4 lol instead of 13.g5. I must admit this would have caused more problems for white and I would be forced to give up a piece in order to prevent any immediate mate. I feel the position for white is still playable but will be a lot harder to defend.
If13.Ng4 I would play something like 14.xg4 xg4 15.Rf2 g3 16.Rg2 xh2+ 17.Kh1...
Here I must admit my position would be worse but I think it is still playable for white if I play accurately. My next moves would depend how black played after that but my main aim would be to force all the exchanges since I am up on material and prevent black from taking advantage of his superior position.

Hi Winson, what about black 13..Kg4!? instead of 13...g5, when you are pretty much forced to open the h-file for black, give a piece back eventually and find yourself in a worse position?
Or maybe my analysis is wrong...
I agree Waitaka the bishop on c5 would have been deadly since it was pinning my king and would have given black the edge in the game. The bishop on c5 would have caused a lot more headaches for me and I am not sure whether white could have successfully defended against this . However, I would have played my DSB on e3 which might be enough to successfully defend against your attack maybe. I would have played the game differently if you had your bishop on c5 probably.
Waitaka
Winson, let me add to your analysis.
I play this system as black of taking the two king pawns after its castle very successful very often.
But I am almost allways successful only when I have the dark square bishop on c5 or c6, controlling the diagonal.
Looking back, for me the main mistake of my strategy was to trade my DSB with wyour knight on 5...Bxc3. Try to imagine my attack with the DSB on c5, pinning the f2 pawn.
Hey peeps welcome to my latest Winson's tactics and enjoy the game :). Feel free to comment anything regarding the game as before.
