GM tournament in Corfu, Oct 07

Hello everyone!

I would like to let you know in advance that I won't be able to start any more new games because I am preparing for a GM tournament which will take place in Greek island Corfu from the 1st of October! Congratulations on your wins against Shneider in a bishops of opposite colour ending and against Nikolaidis while playing Black. 4.5/9.0 is very respectable against such opponents. I would be happy to score 0.5/9.0 against the same.

Hi everyone!

I drew Bronznik, then Kapnisis and won vs Nikolaidis in the 9th round. So I finished with 50% which is fine, the field was pretty strong.

Will be back tomorrow and can start few games before going to the European Teams Championship in just 2 weeks!

Sorry for not updating you for so long! I lost to Savchenko and then drew IM Shavtvaladze (easy to pronounce, yes?:-)))). Today is a rest day and tomorrow I play IM Bronznik.

So, I have played the first game yesterday and drew Simeonidis with a 2304 elo. Today I am playing GM Shneider, A. with Black pieces. There are no live games unfortunately as there are no digital boards... But you will be able to download the games from the official website I think:-)
