You can remove the pin with your own bishop or start attacking the black bishop with your pawns (gains tempo, but then you have to say good-bye to castling).
Or if you want to play Nf3, play h3 before it.
But on your diagram, it was 4. Nf3 Bg4 5. Nc3 e5 and it was wrong. After 4. ... Be4 do either removing pin or attack the bishop (as I wrote earlier), or you'll end up in this position. If you're scared of that pin, cantinue rather with 4. Nc3 or 4. h3 (5. Nf3)

I would say Nf3 (strenghtens you position on c4 and e5) or Nc3 (gets you control of the whole center)
