Studying the Spanish Opening: Bobby Fischer vs. R. Walker, San Francisco 1957
I'm no expert, not even close. But I want to try writing commentaries as I go through games move-by-move to get better at seeing what I'm supposed to be seeing.
Please feel free to add your comments about this game and what makes for good strategy in the Spanish game. I feel like I've caught the essence of this game down somewhat, but I'm not sure all my complaints about Walker's play add up.
Once again, a non-chess article: Commentary on Plato's Crito (for those who've read the work. It's one of Plato's shorter dialogues.)
