Chess960 Opening Positions

After playing many Chess960 games, are you developing a few strategies for the openings?  Have you identified a few key themes that you can recognized?

As an example, I find that Bishop on B1 gives me the option of a3 and bishop on A2 (or if on G! I can do h3 and Bishop on H2).  This is like the fianchetto with b3 and Bb2 to control the long diagonal, but using the diagonal B2-G8 or H2-B8.  It often works well.

The Queen on A1 or H1, I find it difficult... Still trying to find a good plan to develop the Queen...

Any ideas or thought you want to share, please post a response.

I agree.  The bishops can be deadly in 960.  Just occupying the centre for the sake of it can be dangerous, opening up lines and targets for your opponent.

Regardless of where my bishops are, I try to get them their diagonals early, and I think the fundamental concept of trying to control the center still applies.
