Endgames require technique, and it is very important to learn these.
I currently have 2 email games with interesting endgames.
One has me with a Queen against 3 passed pawns. We will see...
Another game will show that sometimes doubled pawns can be very useful and deadly against a knight. Odd position, but very good to show that all chess concepts are relative to the position. Nothing is absolute.
To improve, I strongly believe that we need to unlearn the absolute approach to chess principles, and learn relative assessment of concepts, piece values and advantages in various positions.
Once completed, I will post the 2 games.
