Yes. I saw that a little later in the game only and tried to make the best use of what was available after that.

On move 11. I wouldve done Bc4 just to develop a piece even more and you get check. It draws the king closer to you and if he goes back it would be a nasty end(After the bishop then you move Qe2 depending on where he went you could've gotten a mate :]). Overall the game was kinda messed up, your opponent didnt seem to know what he was doing :P Keep it up.
