"ONE SOLITARY LIFE"

Here is a Man who was born in an obscure village, the Child of a peasant woman. He worked in a carpentry shop until He was 30,and then for 3 years He was an itinerant Preacher.
He never wrote a book.
He never held an office.
He never owned a home.
He never went to college.
He never traveled more than 200miles from the place where He was born.
He never did one of the things that usually accompany greatness.
He has no credentials but Himself.
He had nothing to do with this world except the naked power of His Divine Manhood.
While still a young Man, the tide of popular opinion turned against Him.
He was turned over to His enemies, gong through the mockery of a trial.
He was nailed to a Cross between 2 thieves.
His executioners gambled for the only piece of property He had on earth while He was dying--- and that was His coat.
When He was dead, He was taken down and laid in a borrowed grave through the pity of a friend. Such was His human life--He rises from the dead.
19 wide centuries have come and gone and today He is the Centerpiece of the human race and the Leader of the column of progress. I am within the mark when I say that all the armies that ever marched, and all the navies that ever were built, and all the parliaments that ever sat, and all the kings that ever reigned, put together, have not affected the life of a man upon this earth as powerfully as has that ONE SOLITARY LIFE... of JESUS!!!
"who being in the form of GOD,
did not consider it robbery to be
equal with GOD, but made Himself
of no reputation, taking the form
of bondservant, and coming in the
likeness of men.And being found in
the appearance of man, humbled
Himself and became obedient to
the point of death, even the death
on the Cross. Therefore, God also
has highly exalted Him and given
Him the Name that is above every name,
that at the Name of Jesus, every
knee should bow, of those in heaven,
and of those under the earth, and that
every tongue should confess that
JesusCHRiST is LORD,
to the glory of GOD the Father!"
