So I've been a lurker on chess.com for a couple of years.  A few annoying misfeatures always bugged me.  But a quick email to support, along with a very fast turnaround time sealed the deal for me.  This site has great content and a good forum for exercising your chess muscle.  I really like the fact that I can play games, study openings, train tactics and endgame technique in one place without having to pop around all over the net.  Definitely worth the price of membership.
