My Seventh Chess Tournament, Game 3 (Death by Poisoned Pawn)

This is yet another game in which I had an advantage in the early middlegame but somehow managed to lose pretty quickly. My main error this game: I spent too much time grabbing pawns with my queen and left my king completely undefended. This allowed my opponent to launch a decisive counterattack that ended up costing me a large amount of material. It wasn't too long before I was mated. Here is the game:
