my music

while i am into certain mainstream artists there is a rather unknown side to me...

...i love expanding my music library by either finding a new great artist... or discovering a previously unheard of song by someone that i already love listening to...

...my favourite compilation would be 'War Child - Help! A Day in the Life' (i have the canadian version)...

...random fact: i was so confused the first time i heard 'I'm Not Gonna Teach Your Boyfriend How To Dance With You' by 'Black Kids'. not paying proper attention i was unable to make clear of the point that it was sung from a 'girls voice' (point of view). anyway 'Black Kids' are one of several artists which i am undecided about. i listen to them at the moment none the less... unsure whether i love/hate 'Black Kids'...

...well if i put it that way... like many others i must say i love black kids... after all im no rascist

Recommendations:

Beck, Bell X1, Caribou, Damien Rice, Kasabian, MGMT, Radiohead, Something For Kate

Something Different (unrelated):

Girl Talk, Moldy Peaches

no no sorry for the confusion. it is my favourite compilation album... but has nothing to do with the beatles apart from the album name. It is in fact a charity album (hence War Child) and that is why they were able to use the name. if you search it in google or on wikipedia or something then it should make sense...
