Maroczy Theory (or how I learned to stop worrying and love the bind)

After 1.Nf3 c5 I almost always play 2.c4 and play enters Accelerated Dragon territory. Now, until just recently I didn't know much about Acc. Dragon theory and just thought, "OK, I get my maroczy bind and pressure black in an endgame." "Pawn Structure Chess" by Andy Soltis had a chapter dedicated to the bind which was pretty good, but that was basically the extent of my know-how. Anyway I didn't really feel comfortable with it OTB and was even contemplating playing 2.e4 entering a regular sicilian in order to get some more dynamic positions wherein I can push for a win more easily. However, after reading Peter Heine Neilson's chapter on the Acc. Dragon in "Experts vs. the Sicilian" tonight and going over the games I have found my true maroczy love...behold!

Some of you may be wondering what happens if black declines the pawn sac?

Here might be the most critical line vs. this maroczy setup...
