Results from London April Open

Submitted by ericmittens on Sat Apr 26, 2008 6:08pm.

Back From Guelph

Submitted by ericmittens on Sun Apr 20, 2008 2:38pm.

I'm back from the Guelph Spring Pro-Am where I scored 3.0/5 to share third place in the U1800 section. All in all it was a decent tournament other than my terrible play in the 1st game which I deservedly lost. I'll post that game later to ... Read more »

My favorite game at the Hamilton Winter Open

Submitted by ericmittens on Mon Apr 7, 2008 11:12pm.

This is my favorite game from the Hamilton Winter Open. I like it because both sides pursue their plans properly. There is opposite-side castling and attack for both sides. Both of us played well and it ended in a draw, as it should be!   Read more »

My best games

Submitted by ericmittens on Thu Apr 3, 2008 6:22pm.

Thanks to an excellent suggestion made by Dalmantinac I'll be posting some of the better games from the tournaments I play in (even the ones I lose...as long as they're good). I won't usually post games where one side played ridiculous... Read more »
