Here are the improvements I see for White:
Re1
e4 (threatening a pawn fork at e5, and opening the diagonal for my c1 Bishop)
After moving the d-pawn, either Bd2, Be3, or Bg5 (I like Bg5 best)
b3 and then Bb2 (this has the advantage of stopping Black's N from posting on c4)
After b3-Bb2, move the R on a to c1 or d1
Among these choices, I would choose e4 for the next move.
