Endgame Study #1

The diagonal has 4 squares and the queen'd pawn takes 5 squares.  So if your instinct to move to a4 is correct, but in the endgame it loses.  The key is understanding opposition.  Use your king to keep the black king from getting past you.

woot I got it! =) but with some help from your hint.

The main thing is that the a pawn blocks the b3 square, so the black king can not infiltrate and stop the pawn.
