A great example would be your four-move loss against Othalberg. He went straight for your f7 square, and you let him. As my grandfather would say, hopefully that's a mistake you won't need to make again anytime soon.

You don't need to delete your account just because you've lost a few games. In fact, that's poor sportsmanship. Accept your defeats with dignity and grace, and resolve to learn from them.
As for "helping you win", at your level, patience and experience will help you more than any tips anyone could give you. Play games against people at your own level, and take time to think through each of your moves to see whether your opponents have any good responses.
