Your losing move seems to be 9.Ne2, losing a pawn and control of the center.  You should have tried 9.exd5.

Now Black should have played 10...exf3 and Bc5 instead of 10...Ne5.  But now, you played 11.Nd4? instead of 11.Nxe4 and 12.Qd4

Both players are overlooking easy moves to gain material or making bad moves that loses material.
