Another Rook Pawn Ending

Here's another game I played with an interesting rook pawn ending.  The rook pawn ending starts after 32. Rxc3.  The rooks get traded off after 43. Kxc3.  Look at the position after 44. ... h6 and see what you think is white's best move.
