My First USCF Game

My very first USCF rated game was back in 1986 at the Berkeley Chess Club.  Just for kicks I thought it might be interesting to go back and look at that game.  My opponent was a kid rated 1351 by the name of Tuy Buckner.  The time controls were 90 minutes for the first 35 moves; I don't recall what they were after the first 35 moves.

Not too exciting:  I win a piece in the middlegame on move 18 when my opponent doesn't realize his pawn is pinned (or maybe he just didn't realize he was hanging his knight).  After that, it's an easy mop-up to reach the endgame.  Nice to start off with a win!
