I'm just taking it 10 points at a time. So 160 ECF 1st. Cheers. You're right it is great. Actually, before this season I'd played a total of 12 games. The 21 games I mention on my profile are all this season. But I have just started really yeah. Nothing beats OTB for sure.

That's a lot of chess you banging through. What's the first goal that you've set yourself?

Art of Attack is a great book. I normally have a wee look at it now and again and it really gives me lots of ideas. I've tried to look at openings, but in comparison to books like, The Art of Attack, I find them really tedious. I don't know how you manage all this opening study - fair play to ya and good luck :)

p.s. I assume that you've just started playing OTB with onyl 21 games under you belt. I've never played competitive but have managed to get to a club a handful of times. Playing online and OTB is like two different games in my opinion. OTB is really exciting. I've plans to play a competitive game this year but it's tough with my shifts.
