NM Memorial Tournament (Part II)

The 2008 NM Memorial Tournament was a 4 round tournament held over the weekend of January 19-20.  The time control was Game in 2 hours.  Following are my 1st and 2nd round games ( I don't have my 3rd or 4th round games on me, so I'll make another blog post with them later):

In the first round, I played a significantly underrated player supposedly rated around 700:

 Round 2 was my only loss in the tournament.  It is also my only game against a higher-rated opponent.  I think I should have won this at one point, but I mis-played the ending.
