Black can devastate this setup easily by advancing either of his central pawns.  A simple d5 or e5 not only seizes control of the center, which you will have a hard time moving through for the rest of the game unless you start fighting for it, but also allows the now-exposed bishop to attack a3/h3 and prevent your bishops from occupying those squares.
