Mate in two (white)

I was working on 2,3, move checkmates yesterday and came across this puzzle with more than one solution. thought it would be fun to get different opinion's on the final mate. White to move, Mate in two. let me know what you guys think.

There must be a check, because black can check with the bishop (1...Bc5+) or the queen (1...Qc5+, 1...Qb6+), and we won't have a mate in two.
