Interesting Trap

Here is a trap I nearly fell for. My opponent placed an unprotected knight right in my queens path. I'm very glad I didn't take it.

What if ur other knight took his knight instead of the queen?....

If I had captured his Knight on G5, his next move would have been Nc7 which would have forked my rook and king.
