KES Open Day Tournament

Submitted by schofio on Sat, 10/04/2008 at 7:50am.

The final results of the King Edwards School at Bath Annual Open Day Chess Tournament are shown below (scroll down for results table).

(Rob's results have been withdrawn as he was forced to retire from the tournament, meaning that the results are out of 6)

The final standings were therefore:

  1. Oliver
  2. Yein and Ed
  3. Tim
  4. Mark and James
  5. Tom

The half point was given to Tom against Tim owing to external complications which meant that Tim won the game which he was going to lose on time.

Thanks to you all for coming and making it such a fun day!

Oliver

Lol Rob that's not the point it was for the purpose of learning... the competition was between the others, and it was very hard fought.
